RP Corporate Ltd Tender Notice

RP Corporate Ltd is a subsidiary entity of Rwanda Polytechnic (RP) established on 24th March 2022 as a business that generates revenue. The Company is located in Kicukiro District, Niboye Sector, and has Head office within Rwanda Polytechnic (RP) HQ and having 8 IPRCs as Production sites namely Gishari, Huye,' Karongi, Kigali, Kitabi, Ngoma and Tumba.

RP Corporate Ltd invites eligible competent companies for the supply of various items grouped in Lots to be used in the production of Institutional cooking stoves (Muvelos) at IPRC Kigali production site, IPRC Huye production site and IPRC Tumba / Musanze satellite centre production site.

The tender details shall be obtained from IPRC Corporate Ltd Head office during working hours from 09:00 am to 5:00 am lical time, Monday to Friday.

Bidders shall be required to quote for the full lot of the items, prices shall be valid for 1 year period from the date of signing the framework contract and also indicate the delivery period of the items after receiving a purchase order.

Well organized bids in brown sealed envelopes must be submitted at RP Corporate Ltd Head office Not later than 07th November 2023 at 03:00 pm. Bid opening will be on sane date at 03:30 pm. Late bids will not be accepted.

All bids shall be accompanied by a valid RRA Tax clearance letter, valid RSSB clearance certificate, RDB certificate and references of similar services provided elsewhere.
