TENDER NOTICE

RP Corporate Ltd is a subsidiary entity of Rwanda Polytechnic (RP) established on 24^th March 2022 as a business that generates revenue. The Company is located in Kicukiro District, Niboye Sector and has Head Office within Rwanda  Polytechinic (RP) HQ and having 8 IPRCS as production sites namely Gishari, Huye, Karongi, Kigali, Musanze, Ngoma and Tumba.

RPCorporate Ltd invites eligible competent companies to install supplied institutional cooking stoves at designated schools across the country. Bidders shall be required to quote for price that include cement, bricks,sand, clay, mastic and lime and the prices shall be valid for a1 year period from the date of signing the framework contract.

Well organized bids in a brown sealed envelope must be submitted at RP Corporate Ltd Head Office Not later than 12^th March 2024 at 03:00Pm. Bid opening will be on the same day at 03:30Pm . Late bids will not be accepted.

All bids shall be accompanied by a valid RRA Tax Clearance letter, valid RSSB Clearance certificate and RDB Certificate.
